On a warm autumn morning, I walked outside to the most beautiful color and soft warm light. It had to be painted. I quickly grabbed my oils and painted this scene which flowed beautifully in a little over an hour. My neighbor was probably inside the glowing cabin having her morning coffee. It became the theme painting of my solo show 'Seasons of Home '.
