grew up in a coastal city. Every summer all the kids had a great time frolicking in the shallows of the sea and playing all kinds of fun games. When I traveled to Hawaii . I just enjoyed sitting at the beach and watching the kids play there. The happiness and joy of the kids brought me back to my childhood and a lot of great memories. That’s what inspired me to paint this - to depict the joy and excitement of the moment.
