Plein Air at a fabulous Lavender Farm in Oregon. I spent several days painting the grand vistas of lavenders, quaint chicken coops, bee hives and more. But I also like a bit of the grittiness in scenes, not just the pretty pictures. This was the back where all the junk is piled, gardening equipment is stored, old cars are parked, and the lavender still is cooking up the essential oil. No public allowed here.
