"Togetherness" was completed over the course of two years and finally finished in 2024. Before becoming a painter, I worked with wildlife and the inspiration for this piece was pulled from one of my days spent with this herd of Kudu. I loved how the younger ones in the herd moved in unison and stayed together- hence the title. The essence of sticking together with the calmness of the blue surrounding them knowing they have each other.
