Duke

Duke’s dad has been training dogs for 16 years and volunteering at the shelter @pet_project_foundation for around 12 years. He largely works with dogs presenting some sort of aggression - whether it be directed at other dogs or humans. He currently has 4 dogs of his own (he’s the king of the foster fail) and two fosters. Dogs are his everything.

A little bit about this pup, Duke. Duke passed a little over a year ago. He was Seth’s best friend, favorite dog, and also his training companion. Duke helped Seth assess a dog’s ability to be around other dogs. He also brought comfort and a sense of security to foster dogs that struggled with human interaction, showing them how to be part of a pack. Seth always says he couldn’t have done his job without Duke. They worked with around 40 foster dogs over the years together, all of whom have homes now.
